What about this Bill, not glass but damn nice (molded polymer) and would ride well. PM (Daryl) Marlin_dc he has one of these models. They are available in Sydney.

Lots of thought goes into these boats they even have corrosion resistant wiring eg all tinned. Loads of extras and there are loads of optional extras to go on also.

The 1700s max out at 75hp though.

Well worth a look.

That is a pretty nice looking unit Tony, pity it's in Victoria.

Cheers

Would be interested to hear any feedback on the Triumph boats. Have looked seriously at getting one myself.

Hey Billy,

`guy I knew had a 445 before they became formula, did a lot of fly fishin the hawkesbury pittwater and snapper fishing longreef. He used to go to longy with a another dude in a 475 tinny, they came back in bad weather once the tinny cracked welds all over the centre consul and had to go real slow, the 445 was fine just wet. I fly fished out of it on the harbour, nice ride, not a lot of room and hardly any storage (standard centre consul version).

Bill, I'd also have a look at the 4.8m Galeforce. You can spec them up any way you like and the finish is very good. Few floating around these days and right up your alley.
