What is the ABT Circuit?

Born from the burgeoning impoundment bass fishing scene of the late nineties, ABT was created as a vehicle to enable anglers to combine their love of fishing, friendship and competition. The catch and release format and the excitement of competition proved successful, with ABT soon expanding beyond bass and into the salty realm in pursuit of bream.

Evolving from its' early days ABT has now ballooned in an organisation that runs over 40 events a year, in fives states throughout the country, and with ever expanding industry support and recognition. The ABT membership bases has followed the same path with over 1300 anglers now part of ABT family.

The staging growing that shows little sign of abating is further testament to the ongoing popularity of catch and release tournament fishing.
